About the Role
The Council is seeking to appoint a hard working and dedicated Principal Surveyor to its small but busy Estates Service.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team to undertake a varied professional caseload which would include valuation, L&T, acquisitions and disposals, property review and other estate management matters.
It is envisaged that the postholder will also lead on the management of the Council’s three managed workspace properties and the annual asset valuation programme.
About you
You will be an enthusiastic and flexible team player who is also able to work on your own initiative and manage your own caseload. As a Fellow or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors you will have a wide range of experience including a knowledge of current legislation.
