What Youll Be Doing Be the go-to person for clients, carers, GPs, and colleagues on all things ADHD. Lead and oversea the Annual Reviews for adults with ADHD, ensuring safe and effective medication management. Deliver specialist assessments & interventions with a person-centred, neuroaffirmative approach. Link people and services childrens teams, adult mental health, GPs, and other health providers. Mentor and support other team members and students on placement. Share your expertise by contributing to training, service development, and awareness-raising. What Were Looking For Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience (ADHD experience is a bonus, but not essential we can support you to learn). Skilled in assessment, care planning, and therapeutic interventions. Confident in liaising with multiple agencies and managing complex caseloads. Strong communicator creative and adaptable in how you connect with people. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Willing to travel across Coventry & Warwickshire. Operating from a neuroaffirmative framework, the role will promote an understanding of ADHD that recognises individual strengths, supports autonomy, and fosters inclusive practice.
