Collaboration and Integration Collaborate with senior medical, nursing and managerial staff to improvement medicines management process and integrate pharmacy services across the healthcare system Research and innovation Drive research and innovation in clinical pharmacy practice, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and best practices in the field Quality Assurance Establish processes for monitoring and assessing performance and standards within the clinical pharmacy service ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements. Community Engagement Foster strong partnerships with community healthcare providers and regional stakeholders to enhance collaborative care and service delivery.
