Crynodeb
The post holder will be the primary point of contact for patients and their families within the Endoscopy Unit and will provide a welcoming and professional reception. The Endoscopy Receptionist will manage telephone enquiries from patients and internal departments with efficiency and courtesy. The post holder will also support the Endoscopy booked admissions process and carry out a range of essential clerical tasks, including the preparation and management of patient documentation, as well as utilise the hospital's computerised patient information system and assist in data collection and reporting, as required.
