wellbeing, and quality of life throughout East Devon, is looking for enthusiastic Lifeguards to join the team at Exmouth Leisure
Centre—home to a 25-metre pool, state-of-the-art gym, and an exciting climbing wall.
YOUR IMPACT
* Ensure Safety: Supervise all swimming activities, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
* Support & Assist: Enforce pool regulations and provide friendly assistance to customers whenever required.
* Act in Emergencies: Respond swiftly and professionally, administering first aid and CPR when needed.
* Maintain Excellence: Conduct routine pool maintenance checks and uphold high standards of cleanliness and water quality.
* Team Spirit: Collaborate with colleagues to nurture a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere.
ABOUT YOU
* RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong swimming skills and confidence in deep water
* Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
* Passion for outstanding customer service and safety
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
