Shifts: 3 five-hour shifts, including Saturday 3 pm - 8 pm
About the Role
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is looking for a compassionate and outgoing Female Care Assistant to support a delightful 3-year-old girl in Ilford. She has Down syndrome, Williams syndrome, and end-stage Renal Disease, and requires supervision and support.
This isn't just a care role; it's an opportunity to provide companionship and stability. She is a sociable and expressive child who loves being sung to, enjoys music, interactive stories, and messy play. We need a caregiver who is engaged and outgoing and can offer reassurance when she is upset.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have prior complex care assistant experience and a passion for making a real difference. We are looking for someone who is reliable, dedicated, and has:

A minimum of 6 months of professional UK care experience.

The ability to provide up-to-date compliance documents, including the Right to Work and an original DBS certificate.
