Overall Purpose of the Role
Using the production schedule to plan and carry out kitting activities, ensuring kits are supplied to Production in an efficient
and accurate manner. Contributing to stock taking activities, including carrying out physical counts to plan. Additional
responsibility required to cover other team members during periods of holiday and sickness.
Main Responsibilities
* Organising and maintaining warehouse and inventory stores for efficient material storage and handling, whilst maintaining a
labelling system for each stock item.
* Maintaining inventory accuracy in everything you do on the ERP system and in location.
* Stock counting as per the cyclic stock count process and carrying out full investigations where stock is inaccurate, make
adjustments.
* Highlight and communicate stock levels which are above the maximum levels stated on the MRP system.
* Kitting for Production in advance to identify shortages. Communicating any discrepancies identified immediately and ensuring
the ERP system is updated.
* To support and aid production with identifying and rectifying Work In Progress anomalies.
* Maintenance and replenishment of the shop floor Kanban stations.
* Record key KPI data on a daily basis.
* Additional tasks within the stores/goods-inwards/Supply Chain as Keep the goods inwards and surrounding areas clean and tidy
with a view of
* “leaving it better for the next person”
* Action any stores requests made from the rest of business in a timely fashion, and communicate any issues immediately.

Proactively promote a culture of safety by taking ownership and encouraging others to do the same. Lead by example by consistently
adhering to and championing safety practices and policies. Support 5S initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses as needed to ensure a safe and organized work
environment.
