This pivotal role will serve as the Product Owner for our Cruise Operating System that supports the end-to-end booking operations of our cruise line. The Senior Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of this system, ensuring it meets business needs and delivers a seamless experience for our guests and internal teams.You will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology by driving innovation, streamlining operations, and ensuring an exceptional user experience. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, operations, and guest experience.If you’re passionate about delivering high-impact digital solutions in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience as a Product Owner within the travel or cruise industry, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals, and translate it into a strategic roadmap that drives value.Requirements Gathering and Prioritisation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements.Collaboration and Communication: Act as the bridge between business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the product lifecycle.Product Development and Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.User Experience and Customer Feedback: Champion the voice of the user by continuously gathering feedback, analysing user behaviour, and using insights to inform future improvements and enhance the overall guest journey.Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our Cruise Operating System remains cutting-edge, competitive, and aligned with evolving market and customer expectations.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in product management, particularly within software development and cruise operationsStrong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologiesExceptional collaboration and leadership skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to manage complex software projects while balancing prioritiesIn-depth knowledge of cruise operations and booking systems, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.This is a Full-Time, Permanent position working 35 Hours Per Week based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) offering a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.Fred.
