Pembrokeshire College is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Employer Engagement Advisor to join our team.Employer Engagement AdvisorSalary Details: BS22-BS25, currently £28,308 to £30,652 pro rataContract Type: Salaried, PermanentHours of Work: 30 hours per weekHoliday Entitlement: 28 days per year (increasing to 32 days for 5 years+ service) plus 8 Bank Holidays & College closure days per annumQualifications: You will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification Experience: Experience in business development, sales, or employer engagement (preferably within education, training or recruitment but not essential). Your ability to build relationships and create opportunities is what matters mostAbout the RoleAs Employer Engagement Advisor, you will be the face of the College to local employers, working together to understand their training needs and offer solutions that align with their business goals.
