A lovely family based in Leatherhead, Surrey is looking for an After-school Nanny to help them look after their charming toddler and school-aged child. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. Someone pet friendly would be ideal since the family has a cat. It would be ideal if the nanny is flexible to join them for 3 to 4 weeks per year when they travel. A driver is required, with a preference for candidates who have their own car.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: 2 days a week across Monday to Thursday from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 11 hours per week
Duties include:
Pick-up the children from school
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
Light housekeeping related to the children
Preparation of one easy family meal one of the evenings
The family is seeking someone who can start on the 1st of September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
