Concierge – Midford Manor
18 Hours per week
Shifts are 7.45am to 2.15pm or 12.45pm to 7.15pm
Are you an experienced Concierge or have worked in a high-end front of house role? Then this role is for you! In this role you will facilitate residents of “The Residences” to live their life to the fullest, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and customer service are met at all times.
The role will offer a wide variety of support for the residents in the Residences some of these include:
Providing a warm welcome to all visitors to The Residences
Overseeing service of all meals in Dining Room/ to Residents’ Suite
Ensuring coffee/tea/drinks/cakes/snacks are available/served in Meadow Garden Room
Daily delivery of provisions to residents’ kitchenettes
Liaising with Wellbeing Co-ordinator for delivery of wellbeing activities
Arranging delivery of enhanced services (Chauffer service/flowers/tickets for events etc)
Take ownership of any resident requests and seeing it through to completion.
Co-ordinate in preparation for resident admissions to The Residences by communicating with residents prior to their move-in and with all relevant departments of the home.
Working closely with all other departments in the home (ie Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen, Lifestyles/Wellbeing, Care) to maintain the highest standards for residents and their experience
