A rare opportunity has arisen for the Adult Social Care Learning Disability and Transition Team to appoint two Administrative Officers to provide a full range of administrative duties and support to our busy Adult Social Care Team.

We require one full time member of staff (37 hours) and one part time member of staff (15 hours).

The role involves providing administration support to the team including, producing high quality minutes for chair approval, facilitation of various types of meetings including MARM, MDT, safeguarding, management of room booking, coordinating attendees to attend in person or hybrid, capturing outcomes decided during the meeting.

Participation in the wider administrative team rotation and duties to include general procurement processes, including small purchases and reconciliation.

It is an agile role that will include working from Home and County Hall as you will support the team with administrative tasks such as printing and posting correspondence in line with the local authority's data protection policy.

You will be required to organise and minute confidential and sensitive meetings to a high standard. These meetings will contain complex information, therefore proven minute taking skills are essential. You will gather and analyse data, have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of a variety of IT packages, including Excel.

The role requires you to review and implement new systems within the service as well as work closely with the team members and the Team Manager, so being able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential.
