Lead the organisation in developing a culture from team to Board which is patient centred; where patients feel safe and confident and in which patients views are actively sought and acted upon and in which concerns are dealt with compassionately, quickly and professionally encompassing the health board values. Lead and manage all the relevant corporate departments required to execute the core accountabilities as defined within the Director of Nursing, Quality and Patient Experience function. Actively lead and manage systems that seek and provide corporate assurance that the operational delivery units are executing their operational functions and responsibilities. Lead and manage highly complex, sensitive and high-profile organisational cases, issues on behalf of the organisation Participate in the on-call Executive Rota You will be able to find a full job description and person specification attached within the supporting documents.
