About Us
We are a vibrant and inclusive SEN college in Coventry, supporting young adults with a wide range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. Every day is different, and every learner deserves someone who believes in them.The Role: We are looking for flexible, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our ad hoc supply team from September. Whether you are looking for occasional work or regular shifts, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a specialist education setting.
You will:
- Support learners in the classroom and during activities
- Help promote independence, confidence, and engagement
- Work alongside experienced staff in a nurturing environment
- Be part of a team that values empathy, patience, and adaptability
Who Can Apply? You do not need a formal teaching assistant qualification. What matters most is your experience and attitude.We welcome applicants who have:
- Experience supporting adults or children with additional needs
- A background in social care, youth work, or similar roles
- Transferable skills such as communication, behaviour support, and personal care
- A reference from within the last 12 months confirming relevant experience
- Full right to work and remain in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
