Then why not come and join MFT as we seek three pivotal Deputy Directors of Nursing for our Clinical Scientific Services (CSS), Manchester Royal Infirmary and Manchester & Trafford Local Care Orgainsation.
This is a great opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are keen to lead and shape the future of nursing care within a large and complex healthcare environment whilst supporting the delivery of our One MFT Clinical Leadership Model.
The role requires strategic leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to drive positive change and innovation within the organisation.
The successful candidate would be a highly motivated, visible leader with a proven track record of managing and developing nursing staff, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence. -
Provide professional and strategic leadership across a multi-professional workforce.
Lead on quality, compliance, safety, and patient experience, embedding governance and assurance at all levels.
Support the “One MFT” clinical leadership approach by working collaboratively with senior medical, operational, and corporate colleagues.
Act as a key decision-maker and trusted deputy to the Clinical Group Director of Nursing.
Champion innovation, research, workforce development, and digital transformation (e.g., transition from CIVICA to MyMFT).
