This part-time role (22.5 hrs/week) is based in our modern London Office which is located between Borough and Elephant and Castle.
The working pattern will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; typically between 09:00 and 17:00.
You will be reporting to our Corporate Services Manager and some responsibilities will include:
To answer and respond to incoming phone calls on the Phoenix Futures main phone number
To process incoming post for Central Functions
To undertake reviews of the building, ensuring that the facilities are maintained and to check and maintain the office supplies, contact lists, sign-in sheets and plants and keep to a good clean and tidy standard
To provide access to the premises for contractors
To support the Corporate Services Manager in maintaining organisational information, including, but not limited to Insurance, Procurement, Procedure Guides and other information on our intranet and delivery this to a high standard within defined timescales
