Join Us as an L&D Coordinator – Help Shape Learning and Drive Business Success!
Are you passionate about making training more than just a tick-box exercise? Do you love getting into the detail, spotting what others miss, and turning data into meaningful action? If so, we want you on our team!
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator who can keep our training records audit-ready and compliance strong – meeting customer, BRCGS, and company standards. Your advanced Excel wizardry and sharp problem-solving skills will help you analyse data, close training gaps, and keep our Learning Management System (LMS) in top shape.
From day one, you’ll be hands-on with data, systems, and compliance, but the role offers exciting opportunities to expand into training delivery, evaluation, and learning impact. You’ll be a key link between people, processes, and performance – building strong relationships at every level of the business.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
What you’ll be doing:
• Maintaining and analysing training records using advanced Excel tools
• Spotting and correcting errors to keep data accurate and audit-ready
• Producing gap reports and streamlining reporting processes
• Assigning training and SOPs, and chasing up overdue or upcoming training
• Keeping our training matrices up-to-date and compliant
• Ensuring LMS content and records are always current
• Creating engaging, compliant, and accurate training materials
• Working with managers and technical teams to develop and update SOPs
• Preparing spot-on evidence and documentation for audits
• Delivering inductions, refresher sessions, and coordinating external courses
• Evaluating training effectiveness and linking learning to business goals
What we’re looking for:
• Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas – you know the drill)
• A logical thinker with eagle-eyed attention to detail
• A confident communicator who can connect with people at all levels
• Previous experience in a training or L&D environment
