Join Our Team as a Psychologist (Clinical or Forensic) or Psychotherapist
Are you passionate about making a difference with complex and high-risk individuals in the criminal justice system?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated psychological professional to join our small and friendly Bridging the Gap Team.
Bridging the Gap is an Intensive Intervention and Risk Management Service (IIRMS) to deliver individually tailored and psychologically informed Interventions to high risk male and female adults on probation across North Yorkshire and Humberside.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a specialist caseload, deliver and evaluate evidence-based interventions, and contribute to psychologically informed care planning in a multi-agency context.
You’ll act as a clinical expert within the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway, supporting colleagues through consultation, supervision, and training, while also helping to shape service development and best practice.
The successful candidate will be required to attend CFT and DBT training and undergo training to deliver EMDR as part of our intervention offer.
