Crynodeb
We are seeking to recruit a Band 8b General Manager into a secondment post to cover Maternity Leave. The role is varied and fast-paced, and includes leading on monitoring of performance and budgets within the services and providing assurance on these to the Service Director. The General Manager is an integral part of the Senior Divisional Leadership team. The post is 37.5 hours per week with an expectation of some out of hours/evening working and on-call duties, and base to be agreed but covering a range of localities across West Sussex.
