MULTIPLE POSTS - GRADE 2

£22,995 - £23,061 pa (pro rata)

We are seeking several dedicated and driven Term Time Only Hospitality Assistants to join our dynamic team on City campus.

You will be a friendly team player and passionate about delivering excellent service. You should have a positive highly motivated approach, take pride in your work and have excellent people skills and be prepared to meet the challenge of a busy working environment.

The hospitality assistant is responsible for ensuring seamless service in our catering outlets and providing an enjoyable dining experience for all our customers.

The duties of the post will involve serving food and beverages to a wide range of customers, use of a till system and general cleaning duties related to the day-to-day running of a busy coffee bar.

We operate 7 days per week, 31 term time weeks per year. Shift patterns will include some evenings and weekends therefore flexibility is essential.

There will be some opportunity to work additional shifts outside of term-time (Easter and summer conferences) which will be subject to the needs of the business.

Ideally you should have a basic food hygiene certificate, knowledge of allergens and basic health and safety – however, this is not essential, but training will be expected to be undertaken on basic food hygiene and allergens when you start.
