We are currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Operative to join our team based in Cannock. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both customer and supplier communication via email and phone calls, as well as accurately inputting information into our bespoke software system.
You do not need previous experience in a similar role or in the waste industry — full training will be provided for the right candidate. What matters most is a strong telephone manner, confidence using Microsoft 365 for emails, and the ability to work well both as part of a small team and on your own initiative. Being naturally organised with good attention to detail will also help you succeed in this role.
