We are looking for a compassionate MFL graduate with experience working with young people, either in a paid or voluntary capacity, and a minimum of a 2:1 degree. The ideal candidate will bring a supportive, encouraging approach that helps every student achieve their full potential.
You’ll need strong communication skills — verbal, non-verbal, and active listening — along with the ability to inspire and engage students by bringing the curriculum to life.
