The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on delivering a variety of exciting construction projects. This role offers the chance to join a forward-thinking contractor that values its people, prioritises quality and is committed to safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the site team from project inception to handover.
• Plan, programme, and monitor site works to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and project KPIs.
• Coordinate materials, labour, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Manage ordering, reconciliation, and procurement of materials.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies.
• Support commercial teams with cost control and budget management.
• Maintain accurate site records, performance documentation, and reports.
• Mentor and develop site staff, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in site or project management within the construction sector.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident in client and stakeholder engagement.
• Sound knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
• Relevant industry certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.).
