Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Our client, based in Earl Soham, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is looking to grow into a supervisory or team leader role in the future.
Key Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is essential
Own transport is required due to rural location
Desire to progress and take on additional responsibilities over time
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products meet required standards prior to dispatch. You will work closely with production teams, help maintain a clean and efficient warehouse, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Main Duties
Inspect outgoing products for defects or deviations from specification
Support the analysis and improvement of production and warehouse processes
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised
Assist and collaborate with other warehouse staff as needed
Work with production teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
