The Role:
Our client is seeking 5 Inclusion Officers to join the 0–25 SEND Service. You will manage assessments and reviews for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring compliance with statutory duties and delivering high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage statutory SEND assessments and annual reviews for a designated caseload.
Work closely with families, education providers, and health & care services.
Ensure EHCPs are accurate, timely, and meet individual needs.
Promote inclusive practice across education settings.
What the Client is Looking For:
Knowledge of SEND legislation, including the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEN Code of Practice.
Experience in multi-agency working.
Strong communication, case management, and negotiation skills.
Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
