We're seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a local authority housing contract. This role offers a secure, permanent position where your expertise in social housing will directly impact service delivery for residents.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising responsive repairs and void property works.

  • Leading teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient services.

  • Conducting inspections, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with agreed standards.

  • Managing budgets, performance, and resident satisfaction.

  • Building strong, positive relationships with tenants and contract managers.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience in social housing repairs supervision.

  • Experience in managing contractors and operatives on local authority contracts.

  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Technical knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes.
