A locally based care provider offering a high quality, friendly and reliable Care at Home service.
Full time - £30,116 pa plus pension, mileage & on-call allowance
Responsibilities will include developing & reviewing care plans in collaboration with client and family, monitoring clients notes and other records including MARs.
SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake.
Previous care experience essential.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
