Shape the Future of Scientific Discovery!
Our Client empowers scientists, researchers, and innovators with world-leading microscopy solutions.
We're looking for a driven Account Manager to join a 1st class Research Microscopy Solutions team - someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning them into lasting partnerships.
As an Account Manager, you'll be the key link between the business and your customers, managing a portfolio of research accounts and driving growth across the full microscopy range. You'll create and nurture relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure the business remains the partner of choice for world-class imaging solutions.
This is a field-based role - expect to be out meeting customers, visiting research sites, attending exhibitions, and representing the business at industry events.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify sales opportunities across the entire microscopy portfolio.
Manage the full sales process - from lead generation and product demonstrations to quotation, tender submission, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with your regional team to deliver sales excellence and meet shared targets.
Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in scientific, technical, or high-value capital equipment sectors.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a territory, prioritise opportunities, and work independently.
Comfortable with frequent travel across your region (and occasionally further afield).
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong administrative discipline.
Work for a globally respected brand at the forefront of optical and imaging technology.
Engage with leading research institutions, universities, and scientific organisations.
Be part of a collaborative team culture with ongoing training and career development.
Competitive salary, bonus scheme, and benefits package.
? Apply today and bring your passion for science and sales. Together, we'll push the boundaries of possibility.
