If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to support the day-to-day running of our vital health and safety function, we’d love to hear from you.About the roleAs a Health & Safety Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Group Health & Safety team. You’ll help keep our systems running smoothly, ensure records are accurate, and assist in coordinating training and meetings. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will make a real impact.This is a temporary fixed term position for a minimum of six months, working on a full time basis (36.25 hours per week). You’ll benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, spending two days per week in our Leyland office and the rest working from home.What You’ll DoProvide efficient administrative support to the Health & Safety teamPrepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate training sessionsMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsSupport meetings, compliance tracking, and toolbox talksContribute to improving processes and data reportingWhat We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is:Experienced in administration (ideally within health & safety or housing)Detail-oriented with strong time management skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and communicating with colleaguesA team player with a people-first approachWhy Progress?Because we’re people-focused, genuine, and forward-thinking.
