As a Healthcare Assistant you will practice empathetic communication with the patient and those important to them in a supportive, professional manner and provide high quality personal care and support to enhance wellbeing. Contract: Permanent, Reduced hours Work Schedule: Night Shifts: Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays Shift hours: 10:00pm 7:00am Salary:£24,465 per Annum, Plus enhancements Based: Community-based in Hertfordshire (Herts Valley) What were looking for: At least six months of recent experience providing care in a Health or Social Care Environment, including caring for patients at the end of life. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred, not required). Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them. Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important to them. Emotional resilience and the capacity to work independently. A valid driving license and access to a car for travel to patient homes are required.
