Crynodeb
The successful candidate will provide a variety of nursing care to patients; including wound care, administration of medication, palliative care, management of bowel and catheter care. The role involves assessment of patient care needs, care planning, delivery of care and review. The successful candidate will be required to work independently as part of the wider Nursing team reporting back to senior staff on duty
