Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of healthcare settings. The ANP will work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions. The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical training, excellent decision-making skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and clinical examinations. Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Prescribe medications and other therapies in accordance with local regulations. Request and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging). Develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Adhere to clinical governance, policies, and regulatory requirements. Participate in teaching, mentoring, or supervising junior staff and students. Contribute to service development and delivery improvements. Qualifications & Requirements: Registered Nurse with current NMC/Board of Nursing registration. Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent. Certified as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (or equivalent depending on country). Independent prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent). Proven experience in a relevant clinical setting (e.g., primary care, urgent care, hospital). Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD). Desirable Skills: Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems. Leadership or management experience in a clinical setting. Involvement in research, audit, or service redesign projects.
