Crynodeb
The Banksman is tasked with various responsibilities that ensure efficient and safe operations in environments with heavy vehicle traffic. These responsibilities include: Directing the movement of vehicles using standardised hand signals or verbal communication. Conducting dynamic risk assessments of designated areas to identify potential hazards to vehicular movement. Ensuring all drivers follow the site safety protocols. Coordinating with site managers and other operational staff to facilitate orderly movements and logistics handling. Reporting any incidents or breaches of safety. Inspecting and monitoring access points and traffic control equipment to ensure functionality. Proactively and positively contribute to the achievement of deliverables through individual and team effort. Manage the production of the required deliverables and control risks, Support team members to deliver on their functionally relevant objectives through offering advice, guidance and support as appropriate.
