Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

The difference you will make as an Administrator
Lewisham Mental Health Pathway Services comprises of 31 units of high support accommodation at Honor Lea and 19 units of medium support accommodation at Rokeby House. Honor Lea is made of 15 Assessment Beds providing support up to 2 months, and the remaining 16 provide support up to 2 years. Both services provide night time cover. The referrals are made to the services through Lewisham
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide a comprehensive administrative service to Rokeby House
- To provide housing administration duties and health and safety compliance within Rokeby House
- To provide an excellent customer focussed service for all of residents.
- To liaise with Housing Benefit services on behalf of customers
- To ensure that Housing Benefit applications are made promptly
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Numerate and confident at handling figures.
- Good standard of written English.
- Able to write letters and reports in plain language
