Are you passionate about all things food service and coffee? Do you take pride in maintaining a safe, clean workplace while leading a team and delivering outstanding customer service?

As a Food Services Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class food service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets of the contract

Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires

Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them

Generate schedules for your team to deliver

Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility. Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly

Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards

Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager

About You

Excellent customer service skills

Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude

A team player who works well with customers and colleagues

Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner

Have a good eye for detail

The ability to work on own initiative
Strong leadership skills

Relevant experience in food supervision procedures
