The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Hertfordshire District Council for an entry-level position within the Customer Services team. Duties will include dealing with calls from our customers with a wide range of queries. These customers are at the heart of everything the business does so, as an individual you will need to be a confident communicator who is customer focused and able to use own initiative to help our customers reach the best solutions for them.
As part of your employment, you will study for and complete a Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship or in a similar subject.
The Experience you will bring
We are looking for someone who is adaptable with a can-do attitude. The Customer Service Centre can be a fast-paced environment so the ability to remain calm under pressure is key, as well as a keen eye for detail.
