In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and maintaining technical reports related to water hygiene management, mechanical/electrical systems, and drainage services.
You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and contribute to optimizing system performance through accurate data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Generate comprehensive technical reports based on data from water hygiene inspections, pump service, HVAC, drainage systems and callouts.
Assist in compliance documentation, report generation, and assisting service team.
Monitor and log system performance data including temperature checks, water sampling, and internal trackers.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with on-site engineers to gather information and interpret field data.
Ensure reports reflect adherence to health and safety, industry, and client-specific regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in technical reporting and data analysis within the water hygiene management or building maintenance sectors.
Better understanding with M365.
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and team collaboration.
Ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Prior experience in the facilities maintenance or water hygiene industry is highly desirable.
