Laser Operator
Location: Chesterfield
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (minimum 39.5 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Laser Operator with the drive to keep a busy workshop running smoothly? We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our successful engineering team as a Laser Operator

What We’re Looking For

✅ Previous experience running a laser machine (essential)
✅ Strong initiative and ability to work independently
✅ Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
✅ Flexibility to work overtime when required
✅ Full, clean driving licence

Your Role Will Include

• Operating the Penta laser as part of a skilled team

  
  

• Identifying materials, grades, and thicknesses

  
  

• Overseeing goods in and goods out processes

  
  

• Ensuring cut parts meet quality standards

  
  

• Managing the day-to-day running of the shop floor

  
  

• Monitoring and supporting staff to ensure full productivity

  
  

• Keeping all machines running at their maximum potential

  
  

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
