Crynodeb
Supervise shop volunteers under the guidance of the Volunteer OSM Assist the Volunteer OSM with any training arrangements. Prepare, check and authorise invoices for payment by the finance department weekly. Carry out stock takes Manages stock ordering and stock levels Responsible for all food deliveries and checking temperatures of appliances Responsible for maximising income generation and minimising expenditure and losses Manage large deliveries of supplies. This involves sorting and carrying boxes of produce to the shops and arranging storage in the stock cupboard. Deal with problems identified by the Volunteers as soon as possible and refer potential grievances to the Volunteer OSM Communicate any changes to the volunteers Trust Wide. Deal with any customer complaints efficiently and effectively and deal/refer to Volunteer OSM
