An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a bustling first opinion practice in Barking, working on a flexible 3 day week basis. This is no ordinary nursing role – the practice is seeking an RVN with natural leadership skills (or the desire to develop them) to help guide and support the team in delivering the very best patient and client care.

As the sole RVN, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice, working closely with a dedicated permanent vet, fantastic trainee support colleagues, and a long standing regional manager who has been instrumental in supporting teams across the region. Leadership training will be provided to help you develop your management and mentoring skills, ensuring you feel confident guiding the practice team and supporting students as a clinical mentor.

This is the perfect role for an RVN looking for variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact while still enjoying excellent support. You’ll be part of a close knit, passionate, and friendly team who thrive on working together to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient!
