We’re looking for a detail-driven Contract Administrator to support our operational team, keep us compliant, and deliver high-quality service to our clients. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and thrive on variety, this role will keep you challenged and valued every day.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead proactive admin support for operational teams with a strong focus on vetting.

  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, including client-ready presentations.

  • Prepare accurate data reports, variance analysis, and client dashboards.

  • Support monthly processes at sites without on-site management.

  • Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions, and follow up.

  • Collect and analyse performance reports, recommending improvements.

  • Manage key financial processes and ensure compliance with best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • BPSS clearance (SC clearance desirable).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Smartsheet.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise.

  • Able to multitask, work independently, and communicate clearly.

  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in vetting processes.

  • Knowledge of EPOS, Clarity Live, EProphit, or UDC.

  • Presentation and client liaison skills.

  • Team management or leadership experience.
