Job Opportunity: Hospitality Role on a Scottish Island
Location: Fionnphort, Isle of Mull.
Position: Hospitality Team Member (Full-Time / Seasonal)
Salary: Dependent on experience (Hourly/salaried)
Start Date: Flexible (ideally within the next 4–6 weeks)
Accommodation: Can be provided on-site.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, hard-working, and adaptable individual or couple to join our small hospitality team on a beautiful remote island off the coast of Scotland. Whether it’s pouring pints, preparing simple meals, helping plan local events, no two days are the same. You’ll be an essential part of creating a welcoming, memorable experience for our visitors.
Duties Include:
•Front-of-house service in our bar/restaurant
•Preparing and serving food & drinks
•Stocking supplies and assisting with orders
•Helping with local events
You Are:
•Friendly, flexible, and comfortable living remotely
•A team player who’s happy to muck in wherever needed
•Experienced in hospitality, full training will also be given.
•Comfortable with rural, small-community life
•Eligible to work in the UK
