Delta Academies Trust are looking to appoint a Projects and Events Assistant to join us in October 2025, on full time, permanent basis.

This role will be based at Education House in Knottingley, but travel to Goole will be expected.

As Projects and Events Assistant, you will support the Trust’s Core Team in relation to administration, coordination, planning and control of Trust wide projects and events and offering recommendations for procedural improvements where relevant.

You will be responsible for the day to day support of the Science Equipment Distribution Project (SEDP), including the procurement, delivery, collation, packing, distribution, and maintenance of all resources which are housed at Goole Academy. You will be required to drive around the Region at least once per term to deliver / collect science equipment from our primary academies. The SEDP portion of the role is not full time; the remainder of the time you will be supporting conferences and events at our Conference & Events Centre and Head Office in Knottingley.

When in Knottingley, you will assist with events including reception and meet and greet duties and associated administration.
