We are at the very heart of Children's and Education Services in Coventry, working with colleagues at all levels across the service to contribute to positive outcomes for some of the most vulnerable Children and Families across the City.

What is the job role?
This role will be supporting both the Coventry Safeguarding Children’s Partnership (CSCP) and Coventry Safeguarding Adult’s Board (CSAB), who operate to coordinate the delivery of safeguarding services for Coventry residents, constantly striving for improvements to ensure the best possible outcomes for Coventry. The CSCP and CSAB have three statutory partners that they work with closely; West Midlands Police, Coventry City Council, and The Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board.
We are seeking an Operational Support Team Leader to join this fast paced and dynamic team to play a key part in supporting the day-to-day administrative work of the team. This will involve organising and supporting a variety of meetings, liaising with statutory partners, updating websites and newsletters and taking minutes at meetings.
Please note this role does not currently involve directly managing any members of staff.
All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
