This is a brilliant full-time, long-term opportunity—perfect for a Psychology graduate keen to gain hands-on school experience before progressing to a PGCE, Educational Psychology, or other postgraduate pathways.

Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Do:
• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions (academic, emotional, social)
• Work closely with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
• Assist with classroom learning and inclusive teaching strategies
• Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and resilience
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Engage children through therapeutic and play-based activities
Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
• A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Psychology or a related subject
• Strong interest in child development and inclusive education
• Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, SEN)
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience
• Energetic, proactive, and committed to making a difference
• Career ambitions in teaching, educational psychology, or mental health support
