Crynodeb
The aim of our community services is to reduce length of stay in secure beds, reduce re-admission and provide an ongoing service in the community using interventions based on NHS England's '12 components of Care', a biopsychosocial model. The team also provide assessment and expert advice to other mental health services regarding risk management which will enable patients to remain in the least restrictive setting and reduce the risk of offending/re-offending.
