️ Job Specification: Deep Drainage Gang - Dudley

Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Start Date: Monday, 26th August 2025
Rate: £230-£250 per day (depending on experience & role)
Duration: Ongoing work

Project Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Deep Drainage Gang for an upcoming infrastructure project in Dudley. The work involves excavation to 4m depth and installation of dual duct plastic wall pipes.

Gang Composition Required

• Pipelayer

  • Must have valid Confined Spaces certification

  • Experience in laying plastic wall pipes

  • Confident working at depths of up to 4m

• 360 Excavator Operator

  • Must hold CPCS/NPORS with Lifting Operations endorsement

  • Experience working on deep drainage and trench excavation

• Slinger/Signaller

  • Valid CPCS/NPORS slinger/signaller ticket

  • Experience working around excavators and in confined environments

Requirements (All Roles)

• Valid CSCS card

• Relevant tickets (CPCS/NPORS/confined space)

• Full PPE

• Proven experience on similar deep drainage projects

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual
