Job description:
The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest transport operators on behalf a well-respected snack food manufacturer based in the Beaumont Leys area.
We're looking HGV Class 1 Drivers to work across all 7 days working on Days or Nights
The job will involve a two / three drops a day all to RDC's and averages around 50 hours a week.
There is no Handball required in this role

Pay Rates & Shifts
- £16.50 Days, £17.50 Nights
- Shift starts are around the clock to suit
- Shifts across 7 days
- Average shifts are 10 hours per day
Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 current penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver
- Check the vehicle regularly and report any issues
- Drive safely and follow all traffic laws
- Use GPS or maps to find the best routes
- Deliver goods on time, in full and to the correct address
- Communicate politely with customers
- Report delays, accidents, or problems to your manager
