Role overview

Role Summary:
Responsible for attending a portfolio of properties to asses and report on their condition to create accurate reports. You will
be required to take photos of properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection
report to be created for the tenants and landlords involved. This role is full time, Monday – Friday with some travel to sites
within 1 hour radius of Manchester.




Responsibilities for the Inventory Clerk will be:

* Visiting and inspecting residential properties for both inventories and check out reports
* Booking in check out inspections with residents in a timely manner
* Negotiating deposit deductions with residents and landlords
* Taking clear photographs within the properties
* Taking meter readings and key listing for the property
* Report maintenance issues identified to relevant property manager
* Notify utility providers of meter readings upon tenant move in and move out
* Notify local council upon tenants move in and move out



The ideal candidate will have/be:

* Excellent communication skills
* Full, UK clean driving licence and car
* Highly organisation with diary management
* Team player
* Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
* Impressive attention to detail
* High level of customer service skills
* Previous experience working within property industry (desirable)
