Summary
NVQ Level 2 & 3 childcare qualifications allow you to work in early years settings under supervision, supporting educators in providing care and activities for children aged 0-5. A Level 3 qualification, such as the Early Years Educator, enables you to work unsupervised, plan, and organize your work, and potentially supervise others.
